Fermentation in 2000 liter French oak barrels using native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 9 monhts in 225 liter French oak barrels in its second use. 45 year old vines from high altitude. Bright, medium intensity ruby color, in the nose is very clean with a high intensity of red fruit aromas, spices as well as the expression of the terroir. Red fruit in the palate together with minerality, medium body, persistent and long finish, a wine with personality.
