Intense nose revealing fresh citrus notes admirably matched with floral notes (honeysuckle, acacia) and well-developed toasted aromas. Ample, well-structured palate. The minerality of these great Chardonnays harmonizes magnificently with hints of dry fruit (apricot) and honey notes appearing in mid-palate. The finish is fresh, persitent and light. Champagne for special occasions, ideal to accompany light and sophisticated dishes such as a carpaccio of scallops, toast of peppered foie gras on gingerbread or a verrine of sea bream and reduced tomatoes.
