DOBLE PUNTA

100% Grenache Plot wine with schist, slate and quartz soil in the area of La Movida en Cebreros. It is a caprice, so that is why the elaboration process is very personal, using small tanks with a strict temperature control. Only soft steps on with high pecentage of stem, reaching up to 100% depending on vintage. This wine is a fresh, floral, and with a highlighted acidity Grenache . It has scrubland and aromatic plants tones, and with an undelined minerality. It is a real picture of this beautiful plot. 90 year old vines. Aged in 300 liter French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use. A single vineyard jewel, only 400 bottles produced.
