The amazingly intense aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle, grapefruit and young pineapple that lead our Green Valley Vineyard Gewürztraminer make you want to jump into the glass so you can soak it all up. The flavors manage to be creamy and zesty at the same time, like key lime pie, but with an added lift of spicy lilac and spring garden flowers. This wine would be wonderful with a Thai lemongrass noodle soup (Dan’s current obsession), soft cheeses (we love the Bellwether Carmody or Cypress Grove’s Humboldt Fog with it), or any creamy seafood dishes. 100% stainless steel fermentation.
