100% Grenache This wine is representative of this area where added to freshness, expression of grenache is shown. It is made in one concrete tank with a variable percentage of whole bunch, where the rate of solid and must is very high in order to highlight fruit flavors. It is elaborated in concrete tanks with a variable percentage of stem and where hat and mustratio is very high in order to highlight the fruit tone of this Grenache. Free and soft fermentation with local yeasts. Fermentation temperature is kept low to increase fruit flavors. 85 year old vines. Aged in 500 liter French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use. Only 5,000 bottles produced.
