100% Grenache Slopes go from 31 % up to a máximum of 33%. Altitude 989 m. It is a Grenache from a wild and hostile landscape, but with freshness and acidity. Minerality tones mark this wine and give it a special peculiarity. It is elaborated in small capacity tanks, with a strict temperature control and a percentage of whole bunch depending on the vintage. 70 year old vines. Aged in 500 liter French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use. Only 1,700 bottles produced.
