MALAYETO

100% Grenache Malayeto vineyard is located at an altitude of 520 meters, very rocky soils with clay and limestone. This characteristics together with a continental climate make the roots dig deep to look for water. The winemakers promote the biodiversity of this vineyard as well as the local flora that is being recovered very actively, organic and bio dynamic winemaking in a very singular and unique terroir. Fermentation in 2000 liter French oak barrels using native yeasts, aged for 9 months in 225 liter French oak barrels on its second use. Bright, medium intensity ruby color, in the nose is very clean with a high intensity of red fruit aromas as well as the expression of the terroir. Red fruit in the palate together with minerality, medium body, long finish.
