Quinta De Pancas Touriga Nacional Reserva

100% Touriga Nacional Intense garnet colour. Delicate and complex aroma with notes of ripe black fruit, mint and a light balsamic note. It is an elegant wine, with polished tannins, retaining some freshness and vitality. Long and persistent after-taste. Grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and fermented with controlled temperature at 28ºC and a daily regimen of delestage and two manual pumping sessions. Malolactic fermentation was done in vats in "Cuvaisson" for 1 month. The wines were aged in French oak barrels (50% new) for 18 months.
