81% Grenache, 19% Graciano 70 year old vineyards provide for the pride of the winery, the lady of the heights, very depp rocky soils provide for hardwoiking penetrating roots, reflecting the oils minerality in this great wine. Fermentation in 500 liter Frenck oak barrels using native yeasts, malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 15 months in 225 liter French oak barrels. Bright, deep intensity red color, in the nose is very intense complex, red and black fruit aromas, light spices as well as the expression of the terroir.
