Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos (2008)

A light golden-yellow tone and a fresh and fruity bouquet, typical of young Aszú wines. In taste, the choice botrytis and fresh summer fruits blend well with the lively acids, which are typical of the 2008 vintage and are one of the essentials of wines suited to long maturation. As with all of our wines, we endeavoured to create harmony in this one, too; here it is founded upon the good balance between acids and sugar. Its concentration is pleasant and it gives a long finish. It could be matured further, but makes an excellent impression as it is right now.
